Gyula PINTÉR was
born in Hungary in 1954. He studied piano with
Lídia CSEBISS, and composition with Zoltán PONGRÁCZ
and János KAUTSKY (NL).
Since 1978, he has been conducting electroacoustic musical experiments in his studio, which he designed himself. He has been participating in musical and fine arts events and festivals since 1980. He has contributed to numerous performance art events and theater productions both in Hungary and abroad. In recent years, he won prizes at several competitions, including: Bourges International Electroacoustic Music Competition, 1989, 2001; Hungarian Radio International Electroacoustic Music Competition, 1992, 1995, 1999. |
